ACCOUNT QUERIES
If you are not registered, you will be directed to your “My Account” after you put in the Email ID and Password. The same credentials can be used by you to log in to your “My Account” in future
We would love to have you with us as a registered customer to save the hassle of entering the details every time you shop with us. However, for quick order placement you may skip the registration process and place the order by going through the following steps:
- Select the item and add it to shopping bag
- Click on “Proceed to checkout”
- Enter the details in “Billing Address”
- Select desirable mode of payment and proceed with order placement.
At the top right corner of our Website, you will see an option to “Log In”.
Click on it and you will be guided to the “Customer Login” pop-up.
Else, you may click here and enter the registered email address and password to proceed with the account login.
Once you log in to your account, you can select the tab “Account Dashboard” from left navigation panel, which will allow you to make changes to your account details. You may edit your profile, change the password and even add any address in case you wish to do so.
On the home page on the top right corner, you can click on the option “Login” which would bring a pop up on the screen reflecting:

If you are already registered, then you will see the message on the screen as:
2- You are already registered.
Click Here to get your password and access your account.
In case you have forgotten your password, please click ‘Forgot your password’ on the same page and you will be able to generate a new one via the link we send to your registered email id.
It carries your Contact Details on record, Address Book (saved for Shipping and Billing both) and current Newsletter Subscription status. You can also change your account password from the same page. Use the edit feature to make changes as necessary.
They have all been stored for your reference under the “My Orders” tab with their last status. This will help you track your orders under progress, deliveries and cancellations/returns easily.
All your measurements as saved for various orders and products types have been added to your Account already. Just click “View Details” to see them.
We are sorry to know about your wish to unsubscribe. However, you always have an option to do the needful from the “Click here” button.
Post clicking on “CLICK HERE”, you get two options which are listed below:
- Click on ‘Do Not Email’ – if you do not want any emails like Abandon Cart, Birthday wish, Anniversary wish, etc, and order updates if any.
- Click on ‘Unsubscribe’ – to unsubscribe your email id from our newsletter and promotional email listings.
You can also unsubscribe using MY ACCOUNT under the section “NEWSLETTER” where you get the Checkbox to Unsubscribe the Newsletter.
