Returns and Refunds Queries
You may return any item that is unused, in new condition or any item that was damaged upon receipt within 7 days of receipt of order. Jewelry and Accessories are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Products purchased during or on Sale will NOT BE ELIGIBLE for Returns or Refunds.
Products purchased during or on Facetime or Skype call will NOT BE ELIGIBLE for Returns or Refunds.
All Items returned due to change of mind or sizing issues (definitive sizing information is posted on the site) requires you to pay for them.

Confirmation email from Benzerworld
You will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us on confirming a Return Authorisation, within 2-3 business days. Please do not ship items before you receive this email from us. We will be unable to process any “Items Returned” without the Return Authorisation Reference. Please note: Incase needed, we’d request you for a digital picture of the item for our internal review to be able to process your request.
Shipping Back the Items
When Shipping back the items:
- As would be advised in our return authorization e-mail, please send the items to us preferably through a reputed, registered courier/airmail service only to avoid any transit related issues.
- Please try and ensure that you retain all the packaging material along with the product. Do not remove tags, stickers, etc. unless you are sure you want to keep the product. Presence of original tags is a must to process returns.
- Please do not forget to mark the packaging as “A GIFT FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY” and not for sale, in a decleration note, a draft of which shall be shared with you.
- Item Receipt and Inspection at Benzerworld Warehouse. As a policy, our team shall examine the products on return and identify the defects/variation as indicated by you.
- Proposed solutions post receipt of returned items. Post inspection of returned item(s), our Customer Care team will propose remedial solutions to you on a case to case basis –
- Choosing an alternate Fashion statement as a replacement of equal value
- a Store Credit to be used later for shopping on Benzerworld
- a refund of the order value
International shipments usually take between 2-3 weeks in transit if done through postal service.
Any shipment returned within India takes 3-4 days to reach if sent through DTDC. Exact time taken for transit would depend on the nature of the product and your location.

In any case, the refunds will not exceed the actual amount paid by you.
Please note that we always charge in Indian Rupees & therefore shall refund in the same currency.

International Transaction Fees:
Cross Border or, International Transaction Fees, if any charged by the respective bank from your credit or debit card will not be refunded. Please note these are hidden charges levied by your bank on you, and not by us. Customers must contact their bank for additional information on these charges.
The VAT / Custom Duty / Local Taxes / Import Duties are borne directly by the customer as per local laws, to be paid at the time of delivery as advised by the respective courier partner. We will not refund any such charges, if applicable during order delivery.
We deliver to any part within India at no additional cost.
All shipments made to any destination outside India requires a complete address with pin code / zip code.
Please note that residential shipments to USA & some other countries will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the doorbell.
Our logistic partners are DHL / FEDEX / BLUEDART
All deliveries are made on business days only as in most cities they follow a 5-day work culture. Some times we can try to organize deliveries on Saturdays also at an additional cost.
Further, deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country.
Please note that there isno shipment made from Benzerworld on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner do not make any pick-ups on those days.
Against each product on the website, an approximate time for shipment has been provided; which are merely indicative. Products may be shipped either earlier or later depending on availability of product and other factors.
Shipping within India may take up to 5-8 working days depending on the location.
For all International shipments we offer our customers an option to choose between:
- Economy Shipping which usually takes 10-12 business days to deliver or
- Express Shipping which usually takes 4-6 business days to deliver.
Please make sure you have allowed adequate time before your actual dress wearing date.
We cannot be held responsible for the delivery time by shipping company.
We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier company’s website details along with expected date of delivery. You may also check the same under Track my Order or by logging in to the My Account section on our site.
Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
Benzerworld ships all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver; you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. But Benzerworld will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer’s address by postal / courier agency.
Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 48 hours of placing the order. You may Email us your change request and the needful will be done.
Sorry, currently this option is not available. However, if you want to send the products to different addresses, you can place multiple orders.
Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees, not BENZERWORLD. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.
All products are first packed in recycled paper then put in recycled card boxes. All orders are shipped by Ist Class Air courier services.
The “Availability” as mentioned on our website against each item is an approximate count of days it would take to dispatch the order from our warehouse.
If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is “unavailable due to limited availability of stock” or if there is an unusual delay in fulfilling an order, we will notify you by e-mail. In some cases, we would offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order in case of our inability to resolve the order within a reasonable period of time.
At times, due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. Refund, Returns, Replacement & Exchange would not be entertained in case of such scenarios. However, benefits such as Store Credit would be provided on a case-to-case basis. These can be used for future shopping on the site.
Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company.
Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment.

- Checking if you have a text message, email or attempted delivery card from one of our carriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local Post Office or delivery depot, or you may need to arrange redelivery.
If you still can’t find your parcel, please Contact us quoting your order number and we’ll reply within one working day and do our best to locate your parcel.
If you are ordering many items in one transaction, each with different production time, we will take the maximum number of production days from the particular order and ship the parcel as one time shipment. If for any reason you wish to receive your order in part shipment(s), we request you to place an order separately for each or additional delivery charges may occur depending on the weight of the individual parcel which are to be sent.
Many countries do not charge duty on garments for personal use. Other countries charge a very nominal duty. We will be more than happy to help you minimize payment of duty wherever possible. However these levies, if any, are the sole responsibility of the customer as we have no control over these charges, and we cannot notify you what the cost would be.
Our effort has always been to bring Indian fashion to every corner of the world. In rare cases, it may happen that due to reasons beyond the control of Benzerworld authority it may not be possible to deliver. Benzerworld apologizes in advance for any such shipping restrictions created or observed in the future.
Special moments and emotional occasions demand personalization. At Benzerworld we believe in respecting every request made by our customer. However, an outfit / item which is gift-wrapped at Benzerworld, may not reach the final destination in the same condition. This may be due to delivery procedures that may bring about wear and tear to the gift-wrapped box. Under rare conditions customs authority at either end for verification may even open it. If this ever happens to our customers, Benzerworld will not be responsible in the event of such an incident.
Reward Points Queries
Reward points are points collected for every purchase made. You earn 1 point for every Rs100/- spent on the website and this is redeemable for your next purchase.
